1.1. The competition is open to individuals and businesses worldwide who are 18 years of age or older.
1.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of THIRA Solutions are not eligible to enter.
1.3. Each email address may only enter once per calendar month.
1.4. Entries using temporary or disposable email addresses may be disqualified.
2.1. To enter, complete the online entry form at thira.uk/solutions/competition.php
2.2. Provide a valid email address and select your preferred website type.
2.3. Entries must be submitted before the last Friday of each month at 8:00 PM London Time.
2.4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2.5. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3.1. One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on the last Friday of each month at 8:00 PM London Time.
3.2. The draw will be conducted using a secure random selection process.
3.3. The decision of THIRA Solutions is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
3.4. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw.
4.1. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.
4.2. The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim their prize.
4.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, they forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected.
4.4. The winner's name and general location (city/region) may be published on our website and social media channels.
5.2.1. The prize includes professional website development by THIRA Solutions.
5.2.2. Hosting costs are the responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize.
5.2.3. The winner must arrange and pay for their own hosting services.
5.2.4. Domain registration is not included and must be purchased separately by the winner.
5.2.5. The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to another person.
5.2.6. THIRA Solutions can provide hosting recommendations and pricing upon request.
5.3.1. Upon claiming the prize, the winner must schedule a consultation with THIRA Solutions within 14 days.
5.3.2. The website will be developed according to the specifications agreed upon during consultation.
5.3.3. Development time typically ranges from 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and winner responsiveness.
5.3.4. The winner must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
5.3.5. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions may incur charges.
6.1. Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
6.2. By entering, you consent to THIRA Solutions contacting you via email regarding the competition.
6.3. Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6.4. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]
6.5. Winners' information may be retained for tax and record-keeping purposes as required by law.
7.1. Upon completion and full payment of any outstanding fees, the winner will own the copyright to their website content.
7.2. THIRA Solutions retains the right to use images of the completed website in its portfolio.
7.3. Any pre-existing THIRA Solutions templates, frameworks, or code libraries remain the property of THIRA Solutions.

11.3. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
